**Part-time Receptionist Front of House Corporate, 5 days per week £32000 Monday to Friday**

Our Client, one of the leading firms in their field with an enviable reputation, is looking to add to their existing team with either Full time, Front of House, Corporate Receptionist.

Their swanky, new showcase offices are a short walk from Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Cannon Street, St Pauls, Fleet Street, and provide a fantastic, friendly, corporate environment in which to work.

**Main purpose of the role**

To ensure that Reception and Switchboard are run effectively and efficiently. To administer their room booking system for front of house meeting rooms.

**What will you be doing?**
- Deal with all incoming calls via Microsoft Teams System, screen calls/announce calls to Partners and deal with enquiries
- Meeting and greeting clients ensuring clients are comfortable in the reception area and offer refreshments when appropriate
- Notify the meeting holder when guests arrive
- Check rooms are tidy and equipped with pens/pads etc.
- Ensure catering forms are completed and all departments advised
- Ad-hoc administrative duties
- Prepare room charge schedules listing catering costs

**What do you need to be successful?**
- You will need to be able to cover for your colleagues when they are on annual leave, sickness cover etc.
- Their hours are 35 per week and we're flexible with start finish times but would prefer 8.00 am to 4.00 pm Monday to Friday
- Professional, have a can do attitude
- Well-presented and well-spoken
- Previous experience gained from a corporate Front of House Reception role
- Solid work history
- Great team spirit
- Good PC skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
