**The Role**:

- Meeting and greetin clients
- Offering refreshments upon arrival
- Scheduling meeting using Outlook
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Sorting incoming and outgoing post
- Supporting with events and conference coordination
- Handling all incoming calls in a professional manner
- Ordering supplies as needed
- Booking restaurants and taxi’s
- Working alongside a Senior Receptionist

**Essential requirements**:

- 12 months experience within a Receptionist role in a corporate environment
- Excellent IT skills - Outlook, Microsoft
- Proactive with an eagerness to learn
- Team player
- Organised
- Well presented and professional
