**YOUR ROLE**

As a 1st/2ndLine Technical Support Specialist, you will form part of the overall IT Service Desk and play an integral part in ensuring the service is ran effectively for all end users across our group.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- To provide end-user, desktop, network and telephony support
- Respond to incidents and requests logged in our ticketing system JIRA. The group currently sees a throughput of up to 400 tickets per month across the team
- Support and maintenance of desktop hardware
- Support and maintenance of Office 365 Solutions
- Setting up and support of mobile devices
- Installation and update of all software
- Diagnosis and resolution of technical issues
- Take ownership of small to medium projects

**GOT SKILLS?**

**What are the top things you’ll bring to the role?**
- 2 or more years’ experience in a Technical Support role
- High standard of incident and request management
- Good organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven technical experience in the following areas:

- Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems (Windows 10/Server 2016)
- Virtualisation (Hyper-V)
- Active Directory & Azure Administration
- Office 365 Administration
- TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP, WAN/LAN troubleshooting
- Meraki Firewall
- InTunes Policies
- MAC is desirable but not essential

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
