Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood is currently recruiting for an Investor Relations Coordinator for a fixed-term contract of 12 months, this role is based in our London office, with hybrid working. The Investor Relations Coordinator plays a vital role in the running of the investor relations team and Wood’s interactions with the market. It is a key role to ensure the smooth running of the team and all of Wood’s external market communications - from Capital Market Days and investor events, through to financial results and investor roadshows.

**Key Responsibilities**

Own the investor relations calendar
- Manage the rolling 18-month IR calendar including planning all roadshows, conferences, investor and sellside events
- Plan the IR calendar, with the President of IR, including reviewing sector events and conferences.
- Ensure alignment with the IR strategy
- Maintain a close working relationship with corporate access teams to plan the calendar and running of events

Manage investor roadshows and events
- Responsible for management roadshows and IR roadshows including planning, scheduling,
arranging travel, briefing packs and collating notes and feedback
- Responsible for investor and sellside events during the year including group site visits, individual site visits and sellside briefings
- Responsible for the organisation of Capital Market Days and other events, including all event
management activities
- Manage the increasing demand for investor meetings organised directly with the company, with the CEO, CFO, IR team and other senior management
- Improve the team processes for running the IR calendar

Manage the logistics of the results process
- Coordinate all logistics around results and trading updates including timetables, working with
advisors, venue arrangements, webcast arrangements, catering, printing, travel and event
coordination
- Prepare and update management information packs, coordinating information from the IR team and sectors
- Manage checklists and regularly update the team on progress

Manage investor contacts and targeting
- Manage the CRM database for investor meetings, notes and distribution lists
- Filter and respond to ad hoc requests by analysts / shareholders for meetings
- Prepare briefing notes and background/history information ahead of meetings for CEO, CFO and the IR team
- Manage regular investor targeting exercises alongside advisors and the IR team

IR team organisation
- Maintain the teams action list and update each week
- Manage meeting requests and bookings for all of the IR team
- Maintain a close relationship with the Executive Assistants of key management
- Organise all team travel and management travel for investor events
- Maintain the internal IR calendar including coordinating the use of management and Board time and review of peer timetables
- Manage the team credit card, including submitting monthly Excel spreadsheets
- Manage meeting requests for the London office
- Save all research into team research database and share internally as appropriate
- Be the point person for key suppliers including providers for webcasts, transcripts, printing, share register, investor CRM, consensus management
- Manage the administration of IR budget
- Manage POs, invoices, expenses (where appropriate) and all finance queries for the IR function

IR deliverables
- Collate the IR reports (Board, ELT, FLT) each month / quarter and produce sections within in
- Review and share the share register report each month
- Manage the IR website (covered below)
- Assist with results materials
- Assist with management of the Annual Report process

IR website and other materials
- Responsible for updates to the IR website
- Own the Group’s IR factsheet (external, updated min. twice per year)
- Own the IR Newsletter (external, monthly)
- Contribute to the IR weekly (internal)

Skills / Qualifications:

- Degree qualified (preferable)

Knowledge, skills and experience
- Strong user of all Microsoft Office tools
- Experience of working for or with listed companies
- Experience in a similar role in an Investor Relations team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Connect and establish effective working relationships with all levels of the organisation and externally
