We are opening a brand-new franchise in Newcastle City centre for Alfa Romeo and DS Automobiles We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team to new heights of success.
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Accountability: Lead financial strategies to maximize profitability while delivering first-class customer experiences.
Sales Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate the sales team to achieve dealership volume and gross profit targets through exceptional customer service and effective sales strategies.
Enquiry Conversion and F&I Profitability: Develop initiatives to enhance enquiry conversion rates and drive profitability in the Finance & Insurance (F&I) department.
End-to-End Sales Process: Ensure adherence to standards across the entire sales process, maintaining showroom standards according to manufacturer specifications.
Customer Experience Excellence: Uphold high standards for customer satisfaction, ensuring that expectations are exceeded at every touchpoint throughout the sales journey.
Inventory Management: Collaborate closely with the inventory management team to optimize stock levels and merchandising strategies in alignment with sales objectives.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure alignment of sales efforts with broader business objectives, fostering a culture of teamwork and synergy.
Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and dealership policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
**Requirements**:
Proven track record in motor industry sales.
Comprehensive understanding of vehicle, consumer credit, and trade legislation, staying abreast of industry updates.
Possession of a current, valid driving license, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
Prior experience with franchise operations and adeptness in managing departmental budgets.
Exceptional leadership capabilities, coupled with outstanding communication and customer service skills.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance with GI regulations.
A customer-centric approach, demonstrating enthusiasm, professionalism, and a keen eye for detail in delivering exceptional service experiences.
