**Opportunity at RRG Group, Salford - Contact Centre Advisor**
As one of our fantastic Contact Centre Advisors you’ll be a vital part of what we do here at RRG.
Representing The RRG Group, you will provide excellent standards of service to our customers and potential customers
You’ll be based in our Contact Centre at our Head Office in Salford Quays.
We offer free parking within walking distance. Don’t drive? We are just minutes away from bus rail and tram links to all over the Greater Manchester area.
As part of the role you will be contacting our customers to gain feedback from their experience and also be handling inbound customer queries.

**Your Contact Centre Advisor Role**
What you will be doing.
- Carrying out outbound service follow up calls
- Handling inbound queries and requests for information from our customers
- **What we need from you**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Active listening skills
- Patience and the ability to remain calm
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Team Player
- Computer literate
- Ability to use initiative
Hours of work 37.5 hours per week between 8.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays between 9.00am - 1.00pm Salary - £20,000
