My Teesside based client are looking for a part time Administrator to join them on a 6 month FTC to start in January.

Working from home Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and from the office (based in Middlesbrough) on a Monday and Friday - hours are 9 - 5 - they can be flexible with start and finish times and flexible on the 25 hours worked such as working shorter hours over5 days or 3x full days as an example. This role could be extended beyond the 6 months.

- Salary is £24,718 which is the full time equivalent, so this would be a salary of £16,701 pro rata.

Interviews to be held on Tuesday 20th December for this role to start in January 2023.

**Duties**:

- Support the delivery of an excellent customer care service to ensure that customer issues in completed properties are resolved, in particular relating to the rectification of defects and the continuation of the customer journey.
- Communicate directly with customers to resolve issues, working with construction and sales team where necessary.
- Work with all departments to ensure exceptional customer service standards and processes are embedded and maintained.
- Assist in the preparation and collation of reports and data to monitor the effectiveness of the customer care service
- Liaise with all sub-contractors and site teams to ensure the close of their defects within KPI targets
- Schedule 12-month defect inspection visits with clients and customers as necessary and arrange for all works to be rectified in a timely manner to release retentions.
- Undertake and administrate all filing requirements across the Customer Care areas of the Directorate including electronic, paper and historic documentation ensuring that well organised systems and information retrieval is maintained
- Raise, track and monitor all purchase orders
