**Part-time Insurance Administrator role**
Main responsibilities:
Customer communications:
- By telephone, in the office or written.
- Answering queries
- Taking payments from customers and/or agents.
- Obtaining details for claims
- Issuing and maintaining customer payment books
- Obtaining new card details for expiring cards
Setting up card payments on the system and preparing appropriate paperwork, eg CPA agreements. Informing agents of failed payments.
Preparation of claims and maturities for review and payment.
Preparation of surrender quotes and payments.
Preparation of monthly Quinquennial bonus payments.
Preparation of Agent performance data for monthly supervisory meetings.
Input policies onto the database and prepare documentation.
Input and reconciliation of standing order payments onto the customer account on the database.
Preparation of arrears reports and preparation of customer letters.
General office administration as required.
Scanning correspondence and filing as required.
Weekly reconciliation of business on and off with database.
Cash handling and balancing.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office would be an advantage.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week
**Salary**: From £10.60 per hour
