**About us**

Dormor Machine & Engineering Co. Ltd are a family owned medium sized sub-contract machining company based in Teesside. Established for over 40 years, we specialise in precision engineering and large scale projects.

An opportunity has arisen for a sales administrator to join our office team. Duties will include;
- Provide administrative support to sales account managers to formulate and respond to enquiries from customers including making new sales parts, adding documentation and customer references.
- Process sales orders from entry to delivery.
- Carry out relevant tasks on the contract review process, checking drawing revisions are as quoted, prices on sales order agree with quotation, send sales order acknowledgement (& proforma invoice if applicable) to customer once the review process is complete.
- Expedite the contract review process by monitoring progress of those outstanding to ensure we capture any potential issues and respond to the customer in a timely way.
- Update and maintain the Open-CRM new business software with contact details, leads from events etc.
- Help prepare and occasionally attend exhibitions to promote the company.
- Receipt sales parts into stock & print delivery notes as instructed and send to customer with certificate of conformity and or dimensional inspection report.

Pay: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
