North Yorkshire Education Services/ Facilities Management provide catering, cleaning and caretaking services to Schools, Academies, Nurseries, and NYC corporate accommodation under the direction of the Commercial Director

NYES Cleaning provides responsive, high quality and reliable cleaning and caretaking services ensuring that sites are kept clean, secure and well-maintained on a day-to-day basis.

The Core focus of this role is supporting the Training Manager with the workforce training requirements through the whole employee lifecycle, including supporting the planning, delivery and recording of training courses.

You will be regularly working out around North Yorkshire and across our sites in other areas supporting cleaning team members with their mandatory and refresher training, induction, practical skills training and supporting apprentice’s. There will also be a large amount of office-based work completing and analysing central database records, planning, updating and delivering training courses and processing assessments. This will require some working in a central office and some home working.

We are looking for a person that has experience of working in a cleaning environment and is keen to help others develop their knowledge and skills. We need someone with excellent communication skills, good attention to detail and confident with IT. You must enjoy working with people and be able to inspire and support people of all abilities to achieve. You must have high standards and expect the best of others.

A full driving licence is essential for this role and a vehicle with fuel card will be provided. A laptop and smart phone will be provided.
