Stores / Yard Operative

6am to 2pm

£10.90 per hour

Due to continued growth and expansion Pro-Pak Foods is currently recruiting for an additional Stores Operatives / Yard Person to join our Stores Team, based in Malton North Yorkshire.

We are looking for people ideally with previous experience working in a fast paced, time sensitive, environment or motivated individuals who would like to take on a new challenge.

This role will cover all aspects of stock control and management.

**Main duties include
- **
- Use an intermediate level of English and Maths to ensure accurate Completion of all required documentation. This paperwork is essential to product traceability.
- Maintain traceability of intake and ensure quality is a key focus.
- Load and unload deliveries.
- Carry out intake checks.
- Ensuring raw materials are stored correctly and within designated areas.
- Ensuring raw materials are available to the production teams when required and organise timely delivery.
- Oversee collection and drop off at offsite storage facilities via the company HGV Wagon
- Fork Lift Truck Experience is an advantage but not essential.

- Good analytical capabilities and organisation capabilities.
- Manage and utilise the stores operatives and manage them in line with company procedures.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and provide thorough and accurate investigation and resolution of anomalies.

Flexibility is essential for this role as depending on business requirements working hours may vary.
