**Operations Administrator** - Malton, North Yorkshire
Pro-Pak Foods is a major supplier of delicious ready meals to many of the UK’s leading supermarkets and convenience stores. Our chefs, working with our customers, have created a menu of more than 200 quality meals.
**Key accountabilities**:
- Co-ordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations-related activities
- Champion health and safety on site, ensuring all colleagues work in a safe environment
- Monitor departmental KPIs and challenge improvements, where needed
- Record daily attendance, manage colleague appointments, holidays and absence
- Ensure completion of all internal paperwork
- Use data to forward actions for weekly payroll.
**We’re looking for someone who**:
- Drives their own development and that of those they work with
- Builds a united team through listening, understanding and helping others
- Can prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines
- Is customer focused and takes pride in delivering first class results.
**Skills experience required**:
- Experience of working in a customer service or administrative role
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Experience of working with SAGE system
- Working within a manufacturing environment (desirable).
**What we offer**:
- £25,000 salary
- Core hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
