**The Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Scheduling Co-ordinator to join our Clinical Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation, planning, management and communication of clinical rotas.

In this role, you will work with the Clinical, Medical, Volunteer and Project Management teams to ensure rotas are accurate and demand levels are met. You will be responsible for the correct allocation of appropriately skilled and qualified staff to ensure effective delivery of clinical studies and volunteer safety at all times.

You will be working with a multi-disciplinary team, therefore you will be required to work and communicate effectively across different areas of the business. Being able to build strong working relationships and collaborate with colleagues is key to being successful in this position.

**Other skills and experience required**
- Highly organised, a strong communicator with a problem-solving mind-set
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Experienced working with Microsoft Excel and databases to a high standard, strong IT and systems experience preferred
- Ability to respond quickly to business demands and react to changing circumstances, escalating issues or concerns to management when required
