**Commercial Support Co-ordinator**

Olleco is on a mission to help protect the planet. Working together with thousands of food service businesses, greenhouse gas emissions are reduced by hundreds and thousands of tonnes. We are now looking for a Commercial Support Co-ordinator to join our teamand help us to continue to do things the right way.
With over 1,000 colleagues in multiple sites nationwide, we supply premium cooking oils, and collect organic waste, which is then converted into bio-methane, electricity, heat and organic fertiliser.

As a Commercial Support Co-ordinator, you will be a fundamental part of our team, enabling us to continue with our mission to help protect the planet whilst supporting the Commercial Manager in the administration and reporting required during the lifecycleof a commercial contract.

**A little bit more about the role**:

- Ensure that all day-to-day duties are conducted in a safe manner and that any incidents are logged in line with company procedures
- Ensure the correct paperwork is in place for new and existing customers
- Manage the communication process with the customers while ensuring all documentation is in place
- Ensure the correct workflows and processes are in place to facilitate the flow of information through to other departments
- Maintain customer information and records ensuring all retained information is up to date
- Ensure that all paperwork relating to a customer complies with all regulatory requirements
- Where required produce agreed KPI reports for customers in line with SLAs
- Review and adjust customer pricing when required
- Report and provide feedback to appropriate parties on contamination found in the waste stream
- Support the Commercial Manager during the sales process as required
- Administrative duties may be required in support of other teams where the need arises
- The ability to travel to other Olleco sites when required

As you can imagine, you’ll need a broad range of personal skills to succeed, but we don’t expect you to have everything from the start We will coach, train and support you, it’s more important that you have the right interpersonalskills and the intelligence to grasp our business and take us forward.
**We will be looking for**:

- Degree level or equivalent experience within the field
- The ability to manage portfolio of customer accounts
- Proficiency in IT, including MS Office
- A detail-oriented approach to auditing paperwork, with the ability to identify mistakes or omissions
Working Hours: 40 hours per week Mon - Fri 08.30 - 17.00.
