**Objectives/tasks**

Working alongside and with guidance from the UK Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating new clients acquisitions within restaurants, trade and private markets.

You will be organizing and fulfilling daily operations and distribution direct to clients as well as other aspects of business operations.

**Requirements**:
We are looking for an individual with significant knowledge of hospitality and restaurants and in particular fine dining (including Michelin star) clients.

You must be passionate about food and demonstrate enthusiasm about our product as well as being able to communicate effectively when engaging with prospective and new clients.

This is a sales role and as such, understanding of caviar production, history, ethics, species and the Kaviari approach is key and the willingness to develop any current knowledge will be supported

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
