**Job Purpose**

The role of **Senior Talent Acquisition Partner **is really important to us. This is a crucial role for our growing business, and we require an experienced, driven, and tenacious specialist who has exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. A self-starter with a positive attitude and a flexible outlook.

Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will support our Internal Managers and Directors in their recruiting needs.

We would love to welcome you to our **C**rewe Head Office Campus** office or our **Milton Keynes office**, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.

**Your responsibilities day to day will include**
- Be responsible for shortlisting CVs for your business areas, influencing and educating our Hiring Managers on talent and the market landscape
- Support with recruitment related projects to ensure the function in continuously improving our processes and procedures and engagement with the wider business

**What do we expect of you?**
- An experienced recruiter from either an in-house talent acquisition function or a recruitment agency environment. Ideally you will have supported core functional areas previously, such as Finance, Marketing, Credit or something similar
- Excellent communication and engagement skills with the ability to build strong relationships with all levels of colleagues across the organisation
