**The role...**

The role of **Talent Acquisition Partner - Early Careers** is very important to us.

The Talent Acquisition team at Radius is responsible for recruitment delivery across all areas of the business. We adopt a ‘direct first’ mentality to hiring, providing a proactive and consultative service to drive recruitment strategy and attract the very best talent to Radius.

As part of this team, you will be responsible for working with the business to shape and deliver our early careers talent strategy. This will cover graduate, apprenticeship, industrial placement, and work experience hires.

We’ve developed our knowledge and capabilities in this space considerably in the past 12-24 months, but there is still so much more that we can do.

This role is based from our head office in **Crewe**, **Cheshire**, providing an excellent working environment complete with onsite gym, changing facilities, café, games areas, and breakout rooms.

**What will your day to day look?**

Working alongside a great group of people, your role will include:

- Promoting early careers recruitment options across the Radius hiring community.
- Managing the hiring manager relationship throughout the recruitment process for early careers vacancies.
- Preparing and coordinating graduate assessment centres.
- Working with the business to ensure best use of available apprenticeship options.
- Building productive relationships with local universities and apprenticeship providers, to ensure a high-quality pipeline of early careers talent is available.
- Representing Radius at external events including university careers fairs.
- Working within the local community to provide advice and support to schools and colleges.

**What do we expect of you?**

You'll have previous experience in an early careers / graduate recruitment role, preferably in an internal talent acquisition team.

Your background will include:

- Proven ability to engage internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working with a recruitment ATS.
- Working knowledge of apprenticeships.
- Strong social marketing skills in relation to recruitment.
- Good presentation skills, both in person and via video.
