**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Manager in Training. This position is perfect for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in restaurant management and is willing to learn from experienced professionals. The Manager in Training will work closely with our management team to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a leadership role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Learn all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures
- Assist with daily tasks such as opening and closing duties, inventory management, and scheduling
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Work closely with the management team to implement policies and procedures
- Train and mentor staff to uphold high standards of service and cleanliness
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the restaurant industry is preferred
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Enthusiasm for providing exceptional service to our guests

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £8.86-£11.51 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
