**Project Support Coordinator - Plymouth**
An opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator to join a building maintenance company on a permanent basis. Scope of works include Turnkey projects, roofing, M&E, Fire Stopping to name a few within Education, retail, leisure, and Healthcare. This individual will ideally possess expertise in the building maintenance/construction industry and must be able to communicate effectively and have a thorough understanding of their specialist area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Client/subcontractor meetings- Manage the process with the project team- Administrate correspondence and tender documentation throughout the supply chain- Establish and build relationships with existing and new clients- Obtain pricing in a timely manner to meet with submission deadlines- Review and evaluate all project costs and provide a complete price submission- Production and maintenance of Project Programs- Updating site calendars and contractor activity- Raising of purchase orders and checking accuracy of order acknowledgements- Processing of invoices**Skills**:
