As Project Co-Ordinator you will for provide leadership within an individual T23 Delivery programmes to support the successful collaboration between KAEFER and the Client.

Key accountabilities;
Ø Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables.

Ø Working with planning to action schedules and de-conflict evolutions between disciplines.

Ø All disciplines feed into project coordinator allowing logical based decision making with consideration made for all disciplines.

Ø Assist the Senior Manager in managing labour, adherence to programme and local de-confliction of tasks.

Ø Coordinate the allocation of project resource to match planned scope.

Ø Meeting with project clients to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines.

Ø To communicate, promote & encourage the BABCOCK & KAEFER values, Mission statement & health and safety notifications to the supervisors.

Ø Maintaining close contact with respective Client POC throughout the projects to ensure satisfactory reaction needs or challenges.

Ø Support the planning/scheduling function with Resource requirements from individual projects to a cumulative requirement within the focused platform.

Ø Where applicable, work with the Planning and Commercial teams to monitor project progress and recommending changes as required.

Ø Responsible for assisting the Discipline Managers with the planning, resources, and equipment requirements/allocation for remedial works after project closure.

Ø Responsible for liaising with the Safety Department to ensure all incidents are investigated and reported back to the Client.

Ø Responsible for liaising with the Discipline Lead Managers to ensure they have sufficient and suitably qualified labour to achieve tasks outlined by the client.

To be considered for this role you will be an experienced Project coordinator, ideally within a similar industry with a track record of providing leadership and cross functional support.

Although not essential, relevant industry/project qualifications would be advantageous as would a background in industrial services.
