Payroll Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join our team at Kemsley.
Previous experience of managing timesheet data, starters & leavers process and pay rate calculations for overtime and bank holidays is preferable.
Excellent knowledge of Excel, knowledge of Excel formulas and matrix management is essential. Knowledge of Crown would be advantageous.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Receive and sort the payroll data on a weekly/monthly basis via the Time & Attendance system for Kemsley Mill, DS Smith Logistics & DS Smith Recycling
- Be responsible and manage the leavers process
- Be responsible and manage the sickness process
- Liaise with Departmental Managers to sort any potential payroll issues
- Deal with payroll queries from employees and/or their managers.
- Complete sickness and holiday records on the appropriate approved HR systems and prepare sickness statistics for monthly reporting to the wider HR community
- Provide monthly reports to assist various stakeholders within the business (e.g. overtime, sickness absence, headcount, etc)
- Support and coach line managers in the use of Crown
