**Commercial Performance Business Manager**
**London**

As a Barclays Commercial Performance Business Manager, you will report into the UK Business Management function and partner closely with ICB (International Corporate Bank) Business Managers, Coverage, IT and Finance. Your role will involve measuring the performance of coverage (Relationship Directors) for management whilst ensuring resource deployment is consistent with client prioritization strategy. You will also be driving improvements in the tools available to the coverage team along with supporting strategy and planning processes.

**What will you be doing?**
- Maintaining the ICB tiering process which is key to ensuring resources (cost, people, capital) are allocated to priority clients
- Supporting the management of Coverage teams through consistent client and portfolio level financial reporting
- Remediating data issues to ensure ICB financial performance is reported correctly within ICB and across CIB
- Creating and implementing clear and effective governance and controls protocols for key data elements that impact financial reporting (eg client hierarchies in CRM)
- Working with internal stakeholders to improve the tools available to Coverage teams, including CRM (Salesforce) and financial Systems (Tableau)
- Providing inputs into strategic initiatives and business plans
- Coordinating periodic benchmarking exercises with external providers and analysing results

**What we’re looking for**:

- Good knowledge of financial metrics and how the corporate bank generates profit
- Excellent data manipulation skills on excel
- Significant knowledge of Corporate banking products

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Good communication skills with stakeholders
- Excellent PowerPoint skills
