Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working for a established and professional company based in the heart of Cheltenham who are seeking a Office Junior to join there friendly and empowering team.

Key duties include:

- Great standard of typing when collating documents and presentations with great attention to detail
- Completing completion documents, reports on clients
- Designing presentations using PowerPoint
- Ensuring relevant paperwork is up to date and client files
- Arranging meetings and any other work-related social arrangements with no supervision.
- Managing a comprehensive filing system both hard copy and electronically.
- Answering telephones in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Maintaining client confidentiality.
- Ability to deal with incoming enquiries in an appropriate manner
- Ability to draft simple letters without supervision.
- Where relevant ensuring expenses are recorded
- Attending team meetings when required.
- Liaising with departments regarding administrative requirements e.g. scanning, photocopying, filing, printing, booking meeting rooms, hospitality and chauffeur bookings

Experience Required:

- Experience of working in an administration role within a fast paced, challenging and confidential environment is deseriable
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ideally, already familiar with electronic document management and filing systems.
- Team player but also can work independently
- Self motivated with a can do attitude

This role would ideally suit someone with a 1 years + experience in Administration and is looking for a role with more responsibilities.

Salary up to £23,000 per annum depending on experience
