**Job Title: Helpdesk Support, Customer Service**
**Salary: Between £21,000 and £23,000**

**Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday 9 to 5**
**Location: Tanworth in Arden, Solihull (own transport essential)**

**Description**:
We are currently recruiting for a competent and enthusiastic Helpdesk Support, Customer Service individual with an excellent telephone manner to join a small friendly team within a busy, successful and well-established company based in Tanworth in Arden, near Solihull.
The role requires an experienced Customer Support Specialist who is able to answer incoming technical and system related queries effectively, whilst building and maintaining business relationships of the highest standards.

**Key Duties**:

- Work closely with Clients, Managers and front of house staff to provide support and training for both software and hardware
- Take time to innovate by understanding future technologies and their suitability to business
- Work closely across all teams from Membership Customer Service, Management, Software Development and Business Development to Sales & Marketing

**Key Skills/Experience Required**:

- Must have good interpersonal skills who can integrate into the team and collaborate effectively
- Previous experience within a customer service based environment both in person and over the phone would be preferred
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience would be advantageous
- Ability to prioritise workload and perform well in busy periods
- Good knowledge of windows 10 and 11, Microsoft Excel and general all round IT literacy
- Able to participate in product discussions and be willing to get to grips with range of products and the business problems that customers face
- Able to organise and co-ordinate hardware installations, working with in house team of engineers
- Problem solving and a good initiative is essential
- Able to take responsibility of investigating and making and justifying technical decisions

This is an excellent role for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to work in a varied role within a busy team.

It is essential that you have your own transport, as this location can’t be reached on public transport.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
