**What is the role?**

As Head Of Technology Projects you'll play a pivotal role in our mission-driven journey.

Reporting to the Director of IT Transformation, your responsibilities will include:

- Be responsible for and manage the delivery of IT Transformation projects across the organisation
- To drive forward and motivate the delivery teams to ensure business outcomes are achieved
- Work with the Director of IT Transformation to establish and execute department standards, strategies, policies, processes, procedures and drive the adoption of Agile delivery frameworks.
- Working with the business to plan the programme of tech projects including the appointment of individuals to project teams.
- Prepare project reports and updates for the Executive Action Team (EAT) and key stakeholders
- Proactively monitoring and report on progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action, identifying and mitigating risks, managing budgets and stakeholder communication
- Ensuring the delivery of new projects to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the project and programme governance arrangements
- Oversee effective project benefits and quality management
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with cross functional teams, working collaboratively to drive successful delivery of projects and transformation.
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Proactively line manage the Technology Projects team members performance and day to day activities to ensure successful project delivery
