About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Specialist to join our dynamic team at In Technology Group. As an IT Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure, providing top-notch technical support, and leading exciting projects that drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide expert-level technical support to our users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network equipment to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • System & Server Administration: Manage user accounts and permissions, monitor system performance, and ensure our IT services are always up and running.
  • Network Management: Design, implement, and manage LAN/WAN networks to ensure seamless communication and data transfer.
  • Security Management: Develop and implement cutting-edge security measures to protect our data and systems from vulnerabilities and threats.
  • Project Management: Lead and contribute to IT projects, from system upgrades to new implementations, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT documentation, providing training and support to end-users as needed.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
  • Proficiency with Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
  • Experience with network protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
Preferred Qualifications
  • IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or relevant vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, AWS).
