About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at Next Finance. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist - Implementation Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our finance operations by implementing the Oracle Fusion ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of Accounts Receivable processes within the Oracle Fusion system, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and IT, to design and implement efficient and effective Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the new system, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the implementation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Work closely with the business readiness teams to ensure a thorough understanding of existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of project progress, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.

About You

  • Proven experience in implementing ERP systems, preferably Oracle Fusion, with a strong understanding of Accounts Receivable processes and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with the implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Presentation.
