**Responsibilities**:

- Perform cleaning duties to maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Make beds, change linens, dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, and replenish amenities
- Ensure all guest requests and preferences are met promptly and efficiently
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor or management
- Adhere to established cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and amenities and report any shortages

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies
