**Summary Description**:
Provide administrative and office support for 3 members of the UK Sales Team. The Sales Support team member provides excellent customer care to retailer customers in a timely manner with an emphasis on providing accurate information, effective communication, and issue resolution. This position is also responsible for the submission of all customer administration and managing customer relationships in conjunction with the Account Managers within the sales Team.

Primary Duties:

- Administration support for a portfolio of UK customers:

- New Line Forms
- Promotional Forms
- New Customer set-up process
- Product Samples
- Administration of customer promotional plans.
- Administration of the channel spend and invoice tracker, with guidance from the team.
- Supporting customer services with order queries such as cost price, SKU, barcodes for example under the guidance of the account manager/s.
- Assisting customer services with the resolution of delivery and shipping queries.
- Attending cross-functional meetings, ensuring relevant information is fed back to the wider team.
- Responsible for the electronic and hard copy file storage for the sales channel.
- Providing customer care in a timely manner with an emphasis on supplying accurate information, effective communication and issue resolution.
- Providing product knowledge, pricing and availability for retail customers with guidance from the team.
- Owning website management for retail partners to deliver best in class digital representation of our brands.
- Owning the retail price matrix for all UK national accounts.
- Managing customer expectations and resolving problems as they arise.
- Maintaining vendor portals and being the expert in this area.
- Planning, implementing and attending trade shows.
- Arranging travel and accommodation for sales team off site activities.
- Owning and maintaining a database of previous, current and potential retail customer contacts.
- Investigating & eliminating fines and charge backs of retail accounts.
- Improving process flow between the business, sales team & retail partners.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications Required**:

- Education/Experience:_
- GCSEs at grades 9 to 4 (A* to C) or equivalent, including Mathematics and English.
- Specific Skills:_
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent customer focus
- Attention to detail
- Ability up to 10% travel for trade shows or key customer meetings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
