**Office Based Solar Sales Advisor - Head Office**

**The role of our Sales Advisors**
- Receiving inbound **WARM leads** for those who have expressed interest in our in-house online lead generation or existing customer base;
- Using our CRM, generate customer quotes for their solar requirements - all technical training will be provided;
- Closing sales to secure the business & managing your own sales pipeline;
- Use any additional benefits and discounts available to you to obtain the sale;
- Being part of a talented sales team, with ongoing learning and development.

We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Advisors who are self-driven and motivated, as we put 100% trust our staff to do their job well without being micromanaged. In addition, we are looking for:

- At least 2 years of recent telesales experience (preferably solar)
- Proven track record of achieving KPI's;
- Motivated by exceeding targets and earning top commission;
- Has a passion for sales and a hunger for being the best;
- A great team player.
