**THE COMPANY**

We have several companies in the dental sector - but this role is for Boutique Whitening.

We are seeking a fun, professional, and friendly Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our fantastic team and provide excellent service to our customers.

The office is shared with management, accounting and dispatch teams which makes for a vibrant working environment.

We are a close knit group who hire more for character than for skill. We can teach you the job, but you need to be nice Pizza, nando's and various confectionary items are often generously provided

**THE ROLE**
- Provide product information to customers.
- Upsell products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.

**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Sales experience is desirable but not essential.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
