**Job Title: Dental Sales Representative**

LUMIWHITE Teeth Whitening is a luxurious, professional, teeth whitening system developed by UK dentists. As we continue to grow, we are searching for a Dental Sales Representative to play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

**Position Overview**:
As a LUMIWHITE Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with dentists.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**# Cultivate Business Relationships**:

- Establish, nurture and manage relationships with current and potential customers to boost sales revenue.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

**# Effective Communication**:

- Conduct phone calls, virtual meetings and in-person visits to engage with existing and potential customers.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing product benefits, value propositions and competitive advantages to secure new customers and enhance market share.

**# Proposal Development**:

- Create clear and persuasive written proposals and quotations for both existing and prospective customers.

**# Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate within a team environment to acquire new customers and foster growth in existing accounts.

**# Training and Motivation**:

- Train clinic staff and inspire active engagement in promoting LUMIWHITE to patients when appropriate.

**# Patient Growth Activities**:

- Execute patient growth initiatives and patient seminars.

**# Strategic Analysis**:

- Analyse the potential of the assigned territory, identify opportunities and develop a personalised sales strategy to optimise time and resources and accelerate business growth.

**# Sales Targets**:

- Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets and other performance metrics as set by the company.

**# Participation in Industry Events**:

- Attend and actively participate in trade shows and conventions as required.

**# Market Awareness**:
**# Reporting Insights**:

- Provide detailed reports on customer needs, interests, issues, competitor activities and patient behaviours for new product development and service enhancements.

**# Continuous Learning and Contribution**:

- Attend team and company meetings and engage in self-learning relevant to the role.

**# Industry Knowledge**:

- Continually enhance knowledge of teeth whitening, market trends and company processes.

**# Adaptability**:

- Be prepared to take on additional duties as assigned, directed, or requested.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a sales representative (experience in the dental industry is a plus)
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Driving licence.
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
