Job Responsibilities

Our client is looking for a Scheduler to coordinate Engineers, ensuring works are planned and that engineers have access to required materials and tools, whilst working to KPI's & SLA's.

**Duties of the Scheduler include**:

- Deliver excellent pre, during and post installation customer service.
- Check engineers are following 'Safety Absolutes' during telephone conversations/video calls
- Check plant/equipment is correct with engineer BEFORE attending to reduce avoidable down time
- Forward plan engineer resource to cover high workloads/planned holidays/peak periods
- Check all completed jobs in 'real time' and action accordingly
- Preparing Health and Safety documentation/Risk Method Statements.
- Ensure 'Van Stock' and 'Container Stock' procedures are adhered to and stock replenished
- Update all systems in 'real time' for clear visibility and report on Installation activities within agreed time frames.

Job Requirements
- Some exposure to an Engineering environment helpful
- Strong and confident communication skills
- Outstanding organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- The ability to work to deadlines
- Intermediate IT skills including Word and Excel.
