- Processing invoices and managing accounts payable.
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
- Assisting with the preparation of month-end reports.
- Maintaining accurate financial records.
- Administering payment runs and ensuring timely payments.
- Communicating effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
- Supporting the Accounting & Finance team with other tasks as required.

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Purchase Ledger should have:

- A strong educational background in Accounting or Finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
