Financial Transaction Clerk

We are looking for a skilled Financial Transaction Clerk to join our team at LinkPoint Resources Limited in Gravesend.
This temporary position will cover sick leave until at least March 2024, and is likely to be extended. As an experienced Financial Transaction Clerk, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, including bank account reconciliation, expense claims, and report preparation.
Key Responsibilities:- Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards to ensure accurate financial records.
- Process expense claims in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to company policies.
- Prepare regular financial reports to monitor and analyse financial performance.
- A minimum of one year's experience in financial transaction management.
- Proven experience in purchase ledger management, including coding and invoicing.
- Familiarity with Sage 200 accounting software and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
