**Salary: £23,000 - £24,000 per annum, plus benefits & bonus**

**Job Description**:
As a Finance Administrator you will assist in the day-to-day administrative duties of the Financial Operations team. Reporting into the Finance Operations Team Leader, you will assist with administrative tasks, answer telephones and support other team members where required.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Efficiently complete Ad hoc and scheduled admin tasks in order to meet SLA’s
- Accurately record/log data onto in house systems in accordance with documented procedures
- Ensure all internal controls are followed at all times within Finance Operations and across the business, reporting any concerns to management
- Ensure all GDPR, regulatory and fraud controls are adhered to at all times
- Process high value/high volume work including Direct Debit amendments, customer correspondence, preparation of DDR payments, accurate allocation of customer receipts, processing valid transfer requests, provide accurate reporting information
- Ensure all procedure documents are up to date/relevant and have been signed off as appropriate in line with expectations and KPI’s
**Essential skills and experience**:
- Ability to efficiently manage own workload
- Good numeracy, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong computer literacy with knowledge of Excel and Word
- A good telephone manner
**Please note, this role is office based, working Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm**
