As a **Mortgage Administrator**, you will ensure that the day to day function of the department runs smoothly, within SLA’s and in compliance with policies and procedures. You will provide support to and work collaboratively with the wider team on pre and post funding processing responsibilities, plus the collation of MI, ensuring we are providing a high quality service.

As a** Mortgage** Administrator**, **we are looking for someone to:

- Ensure all data entry and notation of systems is accurately completed accurately and within agreed SLA for all new transactions
- Support members of the team in the collection, production and management of information and paperwork related to funding, valuations, quotations, documentation and communications between Brokers/Introducers/Clients
- Collate regular MI & ad-hoc requests for data/reports, to support the ongoing management of the department
- Ensure Case Studies/PR opportunities are provided to our Marketing department for recently funded cases, ensuring they are published in a timely manner
- Be clear and consistent in communication with brokers, introducers, customers & colleagues in order to build and maintain positive working relationships

**Qualifications** Essential**
- Experience as an Administrator or Processor previously
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Flexible approach & ability to adapt to change
- Strong communication skills & teamwork

**Desirable**
- Experience within Financial Services Sector and secured lending
