Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. The HR Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting with various HR functions. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about human resources and wants to contribute to the success of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews and new staff onboarding
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes
- Coordinate employee training programs and maintain training records
- Assist with performance management processes, including performance evaluations and goal setting
- Support employee relations initiatives by responding to employee inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Assist with HR projects as assigned

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in social media management for recruitment purposes
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
