This is an exciting opportunity with a **global manufacturing organisation** who produce a range of well-known, household brands. With a heritage spanning more than 80 years, their products are loved the world over, and they are looking for an Employee Experience Co-ordinator to help support colleague engagement across their site in Halifax.

Reporting to the UK&I Experience Manager, this role is to help and support:

- Championing the annual site engagement survey
- Enhance the employee experience by working collaboratively with leaders across the business
- Seek to continuously improve strategic engagement intiatives by analysing, assessing and acting on employee feedback
- Role model winning traits and behaviours (values) and bring fresh thinking to site to support all colleagues in developing and exhibiting the values
- Support creative thinking around the design and rollout of actions to support colleagues' financial and social wellbeing at work
- Establish rapport with key partners, ambassadors and site colleagues, influencing to drive improvement

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about employee engagement, experience, and how engagement and productivity interlink. This is a full-on role (but exciting) and the business is looking to develop this person into an Employee Experience Lead later down the line.
