Reservations Co-ordinator

Do you have exceptional service skills? Are you organised and enjoy the details? Then you might be the person for us we are looking for someone to be the point of contact for our wedding bookings in our hotel, dealing with all requests, tailoring the booking to the guest requirements and all the while exceeding expectations.

You will need to be tech savvy to use our reservations software, well organised and understand the hotel brand and have knowledge of the local area.

We work closely with local wedding venues as well as providing tailored stays for high profile guests in our 11 individual suites,

This role will include covering our reception desk during busy periods also.

Your working hours will be either 8am - 2pm, 2pm - 8pm, 12pm - 8pm or 8am - 4pm. Between 6 - 8 hour shifts on a rota basis. This is a part time role.
