NHS Professionals have an exciting opportunity for a registered Pharmacist with electronic prescribing system experience to support our client trust. You will be responsible for accurately and safely providing necessary care to patients engaging with the servicein the Trust. You will maintain key relationships with co-workers and other health care professionals across the Trust to ensure an effective service.

**Oxford University Hospitals is a world-renowned centre of clinical excellence and one of the largest NHS teaching trusts in the UK.**The role will be based at John Radcliffe Hospital which is Oxfordshire's main accident and emergency site.The JR provides acute medical and surgical services including trauma, intensive care, and cardiothoracic services. It is situated in Headington, about three miles east of Oxford city centre.

**RESPONSIBLE FOR**:
To use available information to influence prescribers and ensure the most cost-effective choice of therapy.

To participate in the dispensary rota including clinical screening of prescriptions, labelling, dispensing and checking of medicines.

To participate in ward-based clinical audits and the development and implementation of treatment protocols and guidelines for use of medicines within the clinical area.

Registered Pharmacist with relevant and recent Hospital experience.

Knowledge of working with Cerner millennium prescribing system or other electronic prescribing system.
