London, United Kingdom Frontline Full time

**A little bit about the role**

This job will support the delivery of the Step Forward Programme: a national leadership development programme for Frontline fellows (alumni) in the early stages of their career. The programme attracts and trains ~70 fellows per year through a range of experiences. It aims to support fellows to acknowledge, address and overcome the barriers faced to taking a leadership position in social work and beyond.

**A little bit about you**

There is a high autonomy culture within the team and organisation, so the role requires someone who is well organised, pro-active and can use their initiative to do what works. There are lots of opportunities for you to grow and develop in this role and make it your own.

If you feel you have the skills to make a real impact and contribute to creating lasting social change for children and families, we would love to hear from you

We have increased the diversity of Frontline’s workforce in the last 12 months, but we need to do more to have greater racialised minority representation. We know the value racialised minority voices bring and therefore, we are strongly encouraging applicants from these backgrounds to apply. We are also a disability confident employer and welcome applicants with disabilities. We ensure diverse shortlists for all our roles so when prompted, we would encourage you to share this information with us if you feel comfortable to do so.
