**Office Administrator**
LLED has three fantastic opportunities for Full Time and Part time Office Administrators to start with a growing and successful Property Maintenance & Construction company based in Carlisle. The career progression and training available will help you enhance your skills and professionally progress within Administration, and within the Built Environment sector.

**Requirements for this job**:

- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Strong organisational skills, including ability to manage your time.
- Ability to work to deadlines, as well as under high-pressure situations.
- High standard of written and verbal skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Competency with IT, including Microsoft Office.

**Your new role**
- Working weekdays supporting commercial contracts dealing with both planned and reactive enquiries.
- Responding to helpdesk requests and dealing with any day-to-day enquiries, engaging with engineer’s and subcontractors and assisting with the contract managers.
- Raising PO’s, scheduling reactive and planned jobs to the engineer’s, updating the client on job progression and more.

You will form a key part of the process, growing and maintaining customer relations as part of the helpdesk, assisting your customers with their needs and streamlining business practices.

You will also maintain relations with the engineers, assisting them with their administration.

There will also be times when you will assist the wider Support Service team by working closely with management.
