We have an exciting opportunity for a Volunteer Group Support Worker who has the skills and experience to assess and engage with our service users, to join our
** RISE** service.
No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key.

**Hours**: 20 per week
**Responsibilities**:
**About the role**:
- Supporting the Recovery Group team in the preparation and administration of the recovery support groups
- Responsibilities in the administration, this including updating spreadsheets, monitoring of attendees, recording referrals and logging attendance notes on client records.
- Sending reminders to service users for their up-coming group session
- Recording all referrals and attendance on the appropriate Excel spreadsheets
- Recording case notes on our case management system
- Supporting service users to identify appropriate groups relevant to their treatment journey
**About you**:
- Understanding of the issues faced by our client group
- IT literacy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills, and an ability to work on own initiative prioritising accordingly.
- Ability to liaise and work in partnership with a wide range of professionals and agencies.
- Ability to respect and maintain confidentiality
