Our client is looking for a Sales Account Manager to join them. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and overseeing the sales activities to maintain and grow accounts. They are looking for someone with a strong communication and negotiationskills with a passion for technology.
Main responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to existing and new business accounts
- Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure all business is developed and maintained
- Grow the portfolio ensuring all sales activities are monitored and in line with regulatory guidelines
- Resolves customer account issues and if needed, report the issues to the Sales Manager in a timely manner
- Meet customer expectations and satisfactions when required at all times
- Achieve sales targets associated with existing customer accounts
Skills & experience required:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels
- Driven, motivated and ambitious
- Ability to work within a team
- Good organisation, time management and able to prioritise tasks
- Some sales experience would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided
