**About the role**:
We have an excellent opportunity for a x2 Credit Controllers to join our Credit Control Department on a full-time, permanent basis.

Reporting to the Midlands Service Supervisor, the focus of this role is to maintain and service production devices within the printing industry. Mainly Konica Minolta with some Ricoh devices. The area covered will depend on applicants’ location but will be the midlands.

The Credit Controller will be responsible for collecting overdue debts from customers and dealing with customers queries in a timely and efficient manner.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Dealing with account queries and liaising with the Invoice Query team until resolved
- Sending invoices/credit notes/statements to customers as and when requested
- Answering incoming credit control calls and dealing with them accordingly
- Maintaining accurate customer records and diary notes
- Dealing with daily on stop orders, contacting the customer, and adding notes/ release orders
- Ensuring all unallocated cash has been allocated by month end
- Generating and exporting aged debtor report
- Adhoc duties as requested

**Skills you need to succeed**:

- Outward Associate and Professional Qualifications preferable
- Excellent fiery skills essential
- Excellent fault finding, and electrical skills required
- Manufacturer training on PPD devices preferable
- Ideally have several years’ experience within the industry
- Experience on Konica Minolta or Ricoh devices is essential
- Print Production experience essential

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Prior experience of Credit Control is essential
- Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office packages
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service paired with building and maintaining customer relationships
- Ability to work well within a team
- Persistence and determination
