Portico are on the lookout for an organised and customer focused Reception Team Leader to oversee our small team based at a multi-tenant corporate building in the city.

The building boasts high rise tower floors, large efficient podium floors, roof gardens and a new public space.

The role of Reception Team Leader is to oversee the day-to-day running of the ground floor reception area, as well as a customer lounge on the 7th Floor.
The team are proud ambassadors for both Portico and the building. Representing all things front of house and ensuring that tenants and visitors have unique and memorable experiences.

As the most senior Portico person based at the site on a day-to-day basis, the Reception Team Leader will not only lead the team from the front in a hands-on fashion, setting the customer experience standards. They will have full management responsibilities to the team and be the main contact for our client. Working alongside them to develop and grow our offerings, whilst cultivating a strong working relationship.

Shift pattern: 40 hours per week, shifts are 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm, from Monday-Friday

**Salary**: £32,000-£35,000 depending on experience

**Qualifications**
We are looking for a forward thinking, team player with a personable approach and a strong motivation to provide the highest level of customer service. Applicants must have excellent organisation skills and the ability to communicate effectively through all mediums. They must also be able to easily engage in conversations and develop rapport with occupiers, clients, and other service providers.

Supervisory experience is essential.
