**The role - Sales Director UK & Ireland**
- Reporting directly to the UK Managing Director, you will monitoring the performance of the senior sales teams by setting and reviewing goals and identifying any training needs
- Devising and implementing systems to keep staff motivated and maintain a high level of morale
- Maintaining sales records and design reports to ensure that the data collected is being utilised effectively
- Recruiting and training sales staff and ensuring that the department is appropriately resourced to deal with fluctuations in sales volumes

- Maturity and experience to manage a team of national account level staff, involving the handling of senior account relationships - experienced buyers/category managers
- Intelligent thinker, strategic planner, focused and priority driven
- Excellent personal negotiation/selling skills
- Strong motivation to achieve, performance driven
- Well organised and structured approach
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and selling skills - promotes and sells persuasively
- PC Literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good presentation skills,
- Effective communicator both internal and external
