**CRM Executive**
We are looking for an ambitious marketeer who is self-motivated and has 2+ years experience in a CRM. you will require a passion for all things related to customer journeys, lifecycles and trending marketing tactics.
As our team grows you will have the chance to grow and progress too We would like you to contribute and influence our brands growth through the marketing function whilst seeking to make a positive difference to LOVALL.
**What you will do at LOVALL**:
- Based on customer insights, develop and execute online CRM communications that drive measurable results and customer engagement
- Report into the Head of Paid media and help track performance against monthly and weekly targets
- Form an in-depth understanding of our customer through a lifecycle, churn, and behaviors
- Identify and execute testing opportunities within the customer lifecycle
- Work with CRM systems, tools to ensure best in class delivery for all channels and customer segments
- Work closely with Heads of, creative and marketing teams to ensure deadlines are met and inline with the wider business calendar
- Understand the technical details behind channel communications and identify and resolve issues
- Track and understand commercial objectives and suggest activity based on channel knowledge and previous performances
**We would love it if you**:
- 2+ years in a CRM marketing
- Passionate about customers and providing a great customer experience
- Comfortable with change and promotes agility in self and ways of working
- Naturally curious and growth driven
- High attention to detail
- Confident on Excel, with strong data analysis skills.
- The ability to work well within a team.
