Maintenance Coordinator

Record and manage all rental maintenance requests from property owners’ and tenants, daily.
- Contact subcontractors to arrange suitable access with property owners and tenants for quotation purposes.
- Timely reporting of maintenance quotes to property owners from subcontractors
**Maintenance Co-ordinator**
**Full Time**
**Hours - 8.30am - 5.30pm**
My clients is expanding and requires an additional maintenance co-ordinator who is looking for a challenge, will be organised, have attention to detail with an accounts bias, ideally worked in a finance related department however not essential as will train.
- Authorise commencement of works.
- Organise annual safety inspections and certification.
- Manage account retentions for impending works.
- Enter contractor invoices daily.
- Reconcile contractor statements.
- Enter new rental lease information when required.
- Provide accounts support to the sales team.
- Debt and Fee Collection
- Booking required inspections (move ins, check outs, periodic, prep to lets)
- Carry out any legal proceedings.
- Creating marketing brochures
**Essential requirements**
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent diligence and organisational skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Determination to succeed in fast paced environment.
- Flexible approach to work GCSE Maths / English grade C
Desirable
- Previous experience in an Estate/Letting Agency desirable.
1-2 years accounts experience in a fast-paced environment.
